Service Description

Enovata Solutions, LLC provides the Next Level Barber Kit service, which includes the design and animation of logos, as well as the professional editing of videos showcasing barber portfolios and images. Our goal is to create compelling promotional materials using the footage and images provided by our clients.

Logo Design Satisfaction and Revisions Clause

Our logo design service includes the presentation of three (3) logo designs for your selection based on the requirements you provide. You may choose one of these designs as your final logo. Please note that any further customizations or revisions beyond the initial three designs will incur additional charges. No minor adjustments or alterations are included in the service unless unique circumstances arise, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property Rights

You are responsible for ensuring that all materials you provide to us or authorize us to acquire do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Enovata Solutions, LLC does not claim ownership of the original footage or images and does not retain copyright over the final edited content. You acknowledge that you are responsible for providing the necessary product footage or granting us permission to source footage from the web. Enovata Solutions, LLC does not own the copyright to the original footage or images sourced for video editing.

Client Representations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

- All information you provide is accurate and complete.

- You have legal rights to all content you supply or authorize us to access.

- Your use of our services does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use the content we produce in any manner that is unlawful or unauthorized by this Agreement. Specifically, you are prohibited from:

- Misrepresenting the origin or ownership of the edited content.

Acknowledgment of Attribution

You agree that any video produced by Enovata Solutions, LLC will include a "Created by Enovata Solutions, LLC" credit at the end of the video.

No Refund Policy

All payments made for our services are non-refundable. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement. Termination will immediately revoke all rights and licenses granted to you under this Agreement.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
